Over the years I have been fortunate to meet and be supported by many wonderful people, many of whom I now call my friends. Some work in areas I think may be of interest to those I am providing my services to, so they are listed here. I often volunteer my services for charities
and raise and donate funds through my fitness work several good causes. I've recently volunteered at the Good Support Group, working with individuals with a range of disabilities including MS and spinal cord injuries and attended a local Autism Support Group to talk about exercise and basic nutrition.
I have been a board member of the charity Amigos de Chocola for the past 12 years, since its inception in 2006 by a small group of volunteers who attended an Earthwatch archaeological project in 2005, of which I was one. We work to support the young people of the community by providing educational scholarships and resources for the local schools and library. I have been supporting two students who's dreams are to be a nurse and a doctor to help their community. Thanks to my 2018 community participants who helped me donate £50.
I am volunteering at St Mungo's charity, delivering mobility and motivation sessions as part of their Recovery College programme. It's rewarding for me to give something back and the seated sessions mean participants can come in whatever they want.
Thanks to my community participants in Beckton, Recovery College participants enjoyed a healthy lunch at two sessions prior to Christmas.
I recently ran a 4 hour drop in session for volunteers and clients where we enjoyed healthy snacks and herbal teas, tried a range of exercises and breathing techniques to help with anxiety and improve posture and practised simple mobility exercises to help shoulders, hips and back.

I am now working in partnership with the Helpful Company based in Canary Wharf who's aim is to reduce plastic consumption, Download the Helpful app and earn points to exchange for Fit2Relax services. Participants at community classes and training events can earn points when they bring their Fit2Relax bottle or other re-usable drinks bottle.
Anita teaches yoga and meditation sessions across London at health clubs and also runs corporate wellness days. She can develop bespoke sessions for your workplace and focuses on the mind-body connection with her inspiring and releasing traditional yogic breathing practises.
