Nature's Rhythm Yoga has been developed by Andrea Teja of Infin8space, an intuitive yoga teacher, after years of research and practise. Now through a small team of teachers it is becoming more widely available and I am priviledged to be one of these teachers trusted to deliver these life-changing classes.

Working with the four main phases of the moon, Nature's Rhythm yoga is an intuitive form of yoga, based on an awareness of our interconnectedness with planetary movements.
Each moon phase gives a different quality of energy to combine with the relevant energy centres (chakras), the elements and the principles of movement making it an integral practise

I've taught a range of children's sports and exercise classes in the past, and run children's parties - and am able to offer Family yoga events, School and after school club sessions and Yoga parties.
Yoga can be of benefit to children in so many ways. My Family yoga sessions combine fun, games, yoga poses, partner poses and mindful chill
I've taught a range of children's sports and exercise classes in the past, and run children's parties - and am able to offer Family yoga events, School and after school club sessions and Yoga parties.
Yoga can be of benefit to children in so many ways. My Family yoga sessions combine fun, games, yoga poses, partner poses and mindful chill out exercises for the whole family. School sessions can be tailored to National Curriculum themes. For younger children the focus will be on fun and exploration whilst older children will learn through whole group, small group and partner work. All sessions will help with focus, strength, flexibility and balance. The sessions will also encourage children and adults to explore their own bodies, make up poses, learn new facts, laugh, dance and smile.
