Trigger Point Pilates Classes

Trigger Point Pilates classes have been developed by fitness expert Lydia Campbell following years of research and trials into trigger point and myofascial release, using foam rollers and balls to tackle chronic pain, back and neck pain and to help in rehabilitation from surgery.  The mat based class is getting amazing results after just 

Trigger Point Pilates classes have been developed by fitness expert Lydia Campbell following years of research and trials into trigger point and myofascial release, using foam rollers and balls to tackle chronic pain, back and neck pain and to help in rehabilitation from surgery.  The mat based class is getting amazing results after just one session. If you've been told to 'live with the pain' or have been taking painkillers for years, try this class, it really can help make a difference.  It is also  great class to help prevent these conditions in the first place - by focusing on increasing your flexibility and core strength with the aid of resistance bands.   


Louise came with limited mobility in her shoulder that she was told wouldn't get much  better - 'We'll see.'. I told her at her first session.
