So whilst unable to deliver face to face sessions in many settings, and withsome shielding so exercising at home, we've been 'embracing the new normal' by offering a range of online sessions via Zoom as well as 'live' face to face classes in parks and now at a few venues.
This includes Mobility Pilates, Trigger Point, Relaxation and 1:1's which can focus on anything!
My new monthly membership ensures classes are viable and available to as many as possible - whether you're ready to venture back indoors or find it more practical and comfortable to participate at home.

To ensure individual attention, a maximum number of continuing and new monthly clients will be taken on each month.

I'm now running 5 week programmes of Shhh!- Pelvic floor and women's health and introducing Evolve - a wider health programme focused around hormonal changes pre/post and during menopause. In these sessions we'll focus more on breathing and exercises including self massage for relaxation and talk about other factors which can affect your mind and body including nutrition, hydration and what foods to include and try and cut down to improve mood, focus, weight gain/loss and for immune support.
The 5 week course via Zoom is £30 and you'll get a resource pack including samples of herbal teas and a few little things to help with relaxation. Contact me for full information.
As with my regular community classes, all exercises in these sessions can be performed seated,and standing is optional. Two sessions a week, currently on offer via zoom plus Newham City Farm on a Saturday morning or you can book an hour 1:1 if you want something a little more specific.

In my regular classes, we always focus on breathing and relaxation. In these online sessions, we'll look at colours and how they can influence our mood and wellbeing.
