So whilst unable to deliver face to face sessions in many settings, and with some still keen to exercise at home, we're 'embracing the new normal' by offering a range of online sessions via Zoom as well as 'live' face to face classes in parks and indooor community venues.
This includes Mobility Pilates, Trigger Point, Relaxation and 1:1's which can focus on anything!
My monthly membership ensures classes are viable and available to as many as possible - whether you're ready to venture back indoors, loving the trees and sun on your face or find it more practical and comfortable to participate at home.

Live and Online
Access to all online classes via zoom, park and indoor classes.
Priority booking for all classes and workshops
Access to two workshops per month
One half hour 1:1 via zoom, (or outside, weather permitting with individual follow up)
Two workout sheets or videos per month
To ensure individual attention, a maximum number of continuing and new monthly clients will be taken on each month.
Minimum classes available per week:
10 zoom classes
3 face to face classes

I'm running 5 week programmes of Shhh!- Trigger Point Pilates for Pelvic floor and women's health and introducing Trigger Point Pilates Evolve - a wider health programme focused around hormonal changes pre/post and during menopause via zoom. As with my regular community classes, all exercises in these sessions can be performed seated,and standing is optional. Two sessions a week, currently on offer via zoom plus Newham City Farm on a Saturday morning or you can book an hour 1:1 if you want something a little more specific.
You can access all the mobility classes, plus any others for just £30 month.

Sessions can be yoga based or games based, focusing on co-ordination, balance, exploration or relaxation.
In my regular classes, we always focus on breathing and relaxation. In these online sessions, we'll look at colours and how they can influence our mood and wellbeing. We'll focus on a visualisation, breathing exercise or meditation using colour and focus on specific areas of the body.
