We're 'embracing the new normal' by offering a range of online sessions via Zoom as well as 'live' face to face classes, workshops and events.
These include Inclusive Mobility Pilates and mat based Pilates, Trigger Point Pilates, Nature's Rhythm Yoga, and relaxation.
My monthly membership ensures classes are small but viable and available to many with individual needs - whether you want to exercise indoors, outdoors or find it more practical and comfortable to participate at home.

In my regular classes, we always focus on breathing and relaxation.
In Tuesday afternoon online sessions, we look at colours and how they can influence our mood and wellbeing. We focus on a visualisation, breathing exercise or meditation using colour and focus on specific areas of the body.
It can be delivered as part of an event or workshop.
Members can choose this as a 1:1 session.
